Jason Veeneman will be leading the chapter’s educational efforts. As an educator himself for the past twenty years, he has had the opportunity to introduce many of his students to the Pere Marquette River and the surrounding watersheds.
When he is not in the classroom, he can be found in the obvious places; in the woods or on the water. As a side gig, Jason has also been making bamboo fly rods as well as teaching others how to do so for over a decade.
Besides TU he is also a member of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and the Ruffed Grouse Society/American Woodcock Society.
